The Brief

Workinc, a dynamic and ambitious new venture, from established Leeds based property business Parklane Group, wanted to create a distinctive and forward-thinking brand that differentiated them from the competition and clearly communicated its USPs in order to penetrate a highly competitive, ever-expanding market.

Our Response

Following a review of established businesses already offering co-working spaces, and gaining a more comprehensive understanding of what companies, from start-ups to corporates, demand from such spaces, we set about creating a brand that would resonate in a more meaningful manner with the target audience.

Rather than simply selling ‘desk space’, we focused on creating co-working communities, placing Workinc at the forefront of the co-working ethos, that is redefining how an increasing number of entrepreneurial start-ups and corporates are choosing to work.

The results deliver a modern, dynamic and confident brand, that clearly communicates the advantages and benefits of working out of collaborative, stimulating and rewarding environments, providing a viable alternative to traditional office space.

The Outcome

Workinc Stratford, the first space to launch in the heart of London’s East End, has experienced an excellent start; all dedicated desks and two person hubs are sold and there is good take up on hot desks too.
