It’s no fun being rejected

The reasons insurance companies give for not paying out on claims often border on the ridiculous. Claims for roofs being blown off are often rejected because to be ‘storm damage’ the wind has got to be gusting around your eaves at 47mph or more. If it was 46mph – forget it! Which is sort of amusing unless it was your roof and your claim. That’s why our client came up with the bright idea of offering people who felt their claims had been wrongly rejected a genuine ‘no win, no fee’ legal service from specially selected solicitors.
